4-Installment Payment Plan – Terms & Conditions

To make purchasing easier, Surron UK offers a 4-installment payment plan. By choosing this option, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment Structure

The total order amount will be divided into four (4) payments:

• 1st Payment (Deposit): 25% due at checkout to reserve the bike

• 2nd Payment: 25% due within 14 days

• 3rd Payment: 25% due within 14 days

• 4th Payment: Remaining 25% due within 21 days

2. Reservation of Bike

Your first payment acts as a reservation deposit securing your bike from our limited stock.

Due to high demand, the reserved bike is removed from public inventory once the deposit is received.

3. Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared for dispatch after the second installment and shipped after full payment is completed, unless otherwise confirmed by Surron UK.

Customers will receive tracking information once the bike is shipped.

4. Non-Refundable Deposit

The first installment (deposit) is non-refundable, as the product is reserved and allocated specifically for the customer.

5. Missed or Late Payments

If an installment is not paid within 3 days of the due date, Surron UK reserves the right to:

• Cancel the order

• Release the reserved bike back to inventory

• Retain the deposit as a restocking and reservation fee

6. Order Cancellation

If the customer chooses to cancel the order after the first payment:

• The deposit will not be refunded

• Any additional payments may be refunded minus administrative fees

7. Fraud & Chargeback Protection

By selecting the installment payment option, the customer confirms:

• They are the authorized  payment owner

• They agree not to initiate chargebacks for completed payments related to this purchase

• Any payment disputes must first be resolved directly with Surron UK support

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in order cancellation and legal action where applicable.

8. Ownership of the Bike

Ownership of the product remains with Surron UK until full payment has been received.

9. Agreement

By placing an order using the 4-installment payment option, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
